Can you deliver to reception?
Yes, and most office deliveries go that way. Leave the company name, the floor and her own phone number at checkout: her name goes on the card, so reception knows whose desk it belongs on, and the rider checks in there rather than leaving a bouquet with nobody named on it.
What if she is in a meeting?
Then it waits at reception or on her desk, which is the ordinary outcome and not a problem: nothing is left outside, and her name on the card is what gets it to the right place. If it matters that it lands at a particular hour, tell us on WhatsApp when you order and we will work to it where we can.
Can I get flowers delivered to an office the same day?
Yes, on orders placed before 5pm, in Nairobi. Later than that and it goes the next morning, which for an office is usually the better arrival anyway.
Can I send flowers without the recipient's address?
