Yes, in London, and we call the venue ahead rather than turning up unannounced. Give us a contact who is in on the surprise.
How far ahead should I order?
For a same-day set-up, before 5pm. For anything with a venue, a specific hour or a large balloon build, a day or two ahead so we can confirm access rather than improvise.
Can I order proposal flowers from outside United Kingdom?
Yes. Checkout takes GBP or with an international card, so you can pay from wherever you are. A local florist prepares and delivers it here, and you can record a voice note that plays when it arrives.
